Professional Profile

Chris Frost maintains an active litigation practice, representing clients in state and federal courts and arbitrations. He represents individuals, and local, national and international companies, including service industry providers; real estate developers, contractors, and investors; charitable organizations; medical and dental professionals; entrepeneurs; mortgage lending and servicing companies; and private equity funds. He has litigated and arbitrated numerous cases alleging fraud, labor and employment violations, concealment, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, interference and other business torts, conversion, and breach of partnership obligations. Chris has also successfully obtained and defended against provisional remedies such as preliminary injunctions and attachment relief. Chris has also served as Special Litigation Counsel in numerous bankruptcy proceedings.

In addition to his litigation practice, Chris is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Pepperdine University School of Law, where he teaches Honors Trial Practice. He also served as a Special Deputy Prosecutor for the City of Redondo Beach.
