Professional Profile

Steve Cameron’s litigation practice encomposses trial and appellate matters in Federal Court, State Court, Bankruptcy Court and arbitration matters. He has participated in multi-party complex business disputes with an emphasis on disputes regarding trade with Asia. He has worked with attorneys in Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore and Canada in some of his complex multi-jurisdictional cases. In additon to virtually any kind of business dispute, contract and tort, he has been involved in matters regarding corporate governance and control, real estate disputes and litigation involving non-profit corporations. He has acted as outside counsel for homeowner’s associations in an advisory role and in litigation matters.

In addition to his litigation practice, Steve has acted as an arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Bar Association in attorney-client fee disputes.
